Our approach to the software element of technology implementations much the way we approach the infrastructure element. We gather and tabulate the applications in use within an organization. Then, we review and analyze how the software is servicing our client's business processes. Taking this inventory, we then identify the most critical needs for software upgrades and acquisition of software for business needs that are not being addressed.

    As for the infrastructure inventory, this provides the necessary information to build a plan that identifies the client's most critical replacement or upgrade needs as well as a phased approach to future upgrades and possible new software acquisitions that can fit into financial and budgetary requirements
